1.1 Sowing Generously Pty Limited T/as Once Upon A Legacy ("OUAL") knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, candidates and other users of our website www.onceuponalegacy.net ("Website") and our goods and services.

1.2 Under the Privacy Act of 1988 (Cth), which establishes clear guidelines for the collection, use, and disclosure of any personal information we come into contact with through our business operations, OUAL is obligated to abide by the National Privacy Principles.  To ensure compliance with the National Privacy Principles and to protect any personal information you provide,OUAL has put in place rigors security measures and procedures.

2.4 If you have applied for employment with OUAL, OUAL may collect personal information about you, including but not limited to your name, contact information, qualifications, work history, right to work in a particular country, languages spoken, professional memberships, accreditations, your work objectives, and any other details included in your application or resume.  We might also ask your designated referees for references if you're going to be taken into consideration for employment.

4.1 By logging into the Website, OUAL account holders can access or update the account information that OUAL maintains about them at any time.

4.2 You can also contact OUAL's privacy officer using the information provided below to request access to or updates to the personal information OUAL has on file for you.  The Privacy Act of 1988 contains a few exceptions to this right, though (Cth).

4.3 OUAL might ask you to prove your identity and supply more details about your request.  OUAL may decline your request for access to your personal information when doing so is legally permissible, and if it does, OUAL will explain why.

4.4 If you ask OUAL to update your personal information and there is a disagreement over the facts, OUAL will note the disagreement in your personal information.
